Having trouble logging in?

You can solve most access problems by checking the possible causes listed below.

1. Have you forgotten your password?

Depending on how you registered, you can reset your password and find more information here.

2. Is this the first time you've used My Angel Health Coach?

If so, you probably haven't registered yet and can't log in.

Please note that your complementary health insurance cannot "pre-create" an account for you. Before you can log in, you must create your account by registering.

3. We are unable to identify you as a beneficiary of the solution.

You must be a customer of an AXA health insurance policy or one of our partners. 

There may be a delay of one month between your subscription via your complementary health insurance and the availability of the Mon Coach santé Angel service. 

Please note that when you register on the application, you will need to enter your surname, first name and date of birth in the same way as on your health insurance card.

You can check this information directly on your health insurance card or in your policyholder area.

4. Only adults (+18 years old) can create an account.
