How can I request an extract of my data?

Request via the app

You have the option to request what personal data we store about you. To request this data, open the app and navigate as follows:


- Menu (three bars on the top left)

- Account

- Manage account

- Request Data


- Enter your email address (please be careful not to mistype)


Done. We will send you an automated statement.


Request via our support

If you don't use the app (anymore) for any reason, but still want to request your data, you can do this via our Customer Support support@Mon Coach santé Angel.com.

Important: Since this is personal data, you must prove to us that the data belongs to you. To do this, it is imperative that you write to us via the email account that you used to register in the app, so that our Customer Support can identify you.

If you have registered with your Apple ID and used an alias email address, please mention it in your request. Our Customer Support will then verify this alias email address.
