My fitness tracker data does not sync with the Mon coach santé Angel app

If your data in Mon Coach santé Angel is not up-to-date, please check your tracking app first. Your fitness tracker must first send the data to the tracking app before it can be sent to Mon Coach santé Angel. This happens several times a day. Please wait a bit until the data is displayed in Mon Coach santé Angel.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours before your data is displayed. However, this is usually much faster.

Also, please make sure you have given Mon Coach santé Angel all the permissions it needs in your tracking app so we can access your activity data.

If your data has not synced within 24 hours, it may help to disconnect from your tracking app under Fitness Tracker Connection and then reconnect.
