The Challenges and Progress sections are all about achieving goals.

By connecting a tracker, you can take part in different types of challenge, or create your own and compete against your colleagues or friends if they have access to the application.

Set out with your colleagues to climb Mount Everest or even the moon and find out who contributed the most to your success.

And don't worry: only nicknames are used in the winner's table - so you can enjoy your ranking completely anonymously!

The Progress section is all about your personal health goals. Achieve your weekly goal each week. Focus equally on mindfulness, minutes of exercise, and acquiring health-related knowledge.
